Found this odd bug, glitch, don’t really know what to call it. I’m not apart of an organization so how could this happen. No other settings say that, only update and within it says “Your organization has turned off automatic updates. I have no malware on my computer, scanned with defender and malwarebytes and they both came back negative. Does it have something to do with the policies? I don’t remember changing anything.

I did overclock my GPU a bit too hard a few days ago and that caused the system to crash and not boot for a bit. I have no clue if that has something to do with it. I’ve spoken to some people and they told me it has something to do with the activation, but the computer has no licence since I built it and didn’t buy a key.

Could there be some form of malware hiding? This kinda worries me. I understand that you are seeing a message that some settings are managed by your organization. I’m having the same issue I was wondering which setting you had to tick to fix it? I have an MSI board with the control center as well. If you’re using dragon center, under settings is an option that says “Auto update” or something like that. You must’ve ticked that, and that causes auto updates to turn off system wide.

I couldn’t care less about it, but it really triggered my OCD so I reinstalled Windows, and I’m pretty sure that’s your only option. If you do end up doing that, don’t download that malware again. If you need to change the RGB on your board assuming you do , use Mystic light 3. In case you are not able to find the PushNotifications key, I do the same as instructed but it seemed that the notification on that still exists.

Help me to fix it. Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization. No matter what I do I cannot get rid of that error message. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I found what was causing it. I use an MSI motherboard, and they have their own control center and i remeber i ticked a setting that said auto update. Thats what was causing the issue. Nevertheless, thanks for the help!

After 11 days of not getting a single answer or reply I decided to find a solution myself. And Boom! I found it! Firstly I opened gpedit. Then Windows 10 home update some settings are managed by your organization free opened regedit. Then clicked ‘Find’. I was shown an entry highlighted in blue. I deleted it. And I was shown another related entry. I deleted that too.
